- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Crumble sausage into skillet.

2Cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally.

3Drain well.

4Line bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with rolls, pressing together.

5Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

6Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

7Beat well and pour over sausage and cheese.

8Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until set.

9Let stand 5 minutes.

10Cut into squares and serve.
