  • 8 to 10 eggs
  • 1 c. wine
  • 2 1/2 c. Cheddar
  • 1 c. ground meat
  • 3 to 4 c. croutons (any flavor)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced

Directions

    Brown ground meat and drain.

    Beat eggs separately.

    Add all ingredients together in bowl.

    Spray casserole dish, 9 x 14-inch, with Pam and pour in dish.

    Cover with foil.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° to 375° for 3/4 to 1 hour, until brown.
