  • 5 1/4 ounces low fat greek yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar Stevia
  • 1 3/8 teaspoons dark chocolate for the topping

    Mix banana, 20g shredded coconut, 50g Greek yoghurt, 1 tsp Stevia in a blender..

    Apply mixture with a spoon on a baking paper on a baking tray. Shape two round cookies.

    Bake cookies for 10 minutes on each side on 180 Celsius.

    Meantime mix the rest of the ingredients.

    When cookies are ready, put the filling on one, cover with other and pour over heated chocolate.
