- 1 tablespoon oats blend into flour
- 4 3/4 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1/2 banana
- 5 1/4 ounces low fat greek yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons sugar Stevia
- 1 3/8 teaspoons dark chocolate for the topping
Directions

1Mix banana, 20g shredded coconut, 50g Greek yoghurt, 1 tsp Stevia in a blender..

2Apply mixture with a spoon on a baking paper on a baking tray. Shape two round cookies.

3Bake cookies for 10 minutes on each side on 180 Celsius.

4Meantime mix the rest of the ingredients.

5When cookies are ready, put the filling on one, cover with other and pour over heated chocolate.
