Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. lite margarine or butter substitute of your choice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 1 egg substitute
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. applesauce
  • 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Directions

    Blend margarine, sugar, molasses and egg substitute.

    Add remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly.

    Drop by teaspoons onto greased (use Pam) cookie sheet.

    Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
