- 6 Tbsp. lite margarine or butter substitute of your choice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1 egg substitute
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. applesauce
- 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Blend margarine, sugar, molasses and egg substitute.

2Add remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly.

3Drop by teaspoons onto greased (use Pam) cookie sheet.

4Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
