  • 3 eggs
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 tomato chopped
  • 1 chive chopped
  • 1 slice swiss cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Blood Orange
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • bbq sauce Honey Chipotle, optional

Directions

    In a fry pan, heat up the oil and fry the veggies for a few minutes

    Then add the eggs and mix it up, so it scrambles; cook till the water is gone; add the cheese pieces and mix up the meal well, so all the ingredients are blended in

    Add salt and pepper; heat up the burrito

    Add the eggs over the burrito and I like to add some tangy and yummy honey chipotle BBQ sauce.
