- 1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 c. frozen loose packed hash browns or fresh grated potatoes
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. whole milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Separate crescent dough into 16 triangles.

2Place on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center.

3Press over bottom and up sides to form crust; seal perforations.

4Spoon sausage over crust.

5Sprinkle with potatoes.

6In a bowl, heat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over crust.
