- 10 extra-lg. Large eggs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pt. creamed cottage cheese
- 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2For Version One, heat butter in large skillet and set aside to cold.

3Dice mushrooms and stir into butter till completely coated.

4Set aside.

5Both versions: In large mixer bowl, beat Large eggs till blended.

6Add in flour, baking pwdr and salt and blend.

7Stir in cottage cheese and Jack cheese.

8Then stir in mushrooms for Version One or possibly chilies for Version Two.
