  • 10 extra-lg. Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pt. creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    For Version One, heat butter in large skillet and set aside to cold.

    Dice mushrooms and stir into butter till completely coated.

    Set aside.

    Both versions: In large mixer bowl, beat Large eggs till blended.

    Add in flour, baking pwdr and salt and blend.

    Stir in cottage cheese and Jack cheese.

    Then stir in mushrooms for Version One or possibly chilies for Version Two.
