  • 1 cup egg white, in refrigerated carton
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 4 BOCA Meatless Breakfast Patties, chopped
  • 4 KRAFT 2% Milk Monterey Jack Singles
  • 4 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas
  • 32 fl oz (4 cups) orange juice

Directions

    Beat egg whites with milk.

    Add onions and BOCA patty.

    Cook and stir egg mixture in nonstick skillet on medium heat until set.

    Top with cheese; cover until melted.

    Heat tortillas, then spoon 1/4 of egg mixture on top of each.

    Fold in ends and roll up burrito-style.
