- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate (optional) or 1 cup peanut butter chips (optional)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and press in a greased 9x9 pan.

2Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
