- 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. green pepper
Directions

1Brown meat and drain.

2Mix soup, water and lemon juice.

3Put on meat.

4Cover and simmer 1 hour and 15 minutes or until real good and tender.

5Add peppers and cook 15 minutes longer.

6Stir occasionally.
