  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent refrigerated rolls
  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 7 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. diced onion

Directions

    Press rolls into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cover with a layer of sausage, then potatoes, peppers and onion.

    Cover with cheese. Combine eggs and milk and pour over all.

    Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
