- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
- 1 cup hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a skillet, cook sausage until browned; drain off excess fat.

2Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.

3Place in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan, with points toward the center.

4Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust.

5Sprinkle with potatoes.

6Top with Cheddar cheese.

7In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

8Pour into crust.

9Sprinkle parmesan over all.

10Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
