  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. mild sausage, cooked and drained (fresh unfrozen sausage is best)
  • 1 c. frozen hash browns
  • 1 c. onions, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • a little mustard
  • 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Spray pizza pan.

    Press rolls to form a pizza crust in pizza pan.

    Add cooked sausage, hash browns, onion and cheese.

    Mix together eggs, mustard and milk.

    Pour on top.

    Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm.
