  • 1 roll Jimmy Dean sausage
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage and hash browns.

    Place crescent rolls in a 12-inch pizza pan with points facing center to form crust.

    Spoon sausage and hash browns.

    Top with cheese.

    Beat eggs, salt and milk.

    Pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan.
