  • 1 bag hash browns
  • 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham

Directions

    Put hash browns on bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Put cheese on top of hash browns.

    Add meat already cooked and drained.

    Mix eggs, soup and milk together; pour over hash browns, cheese and meat.

    Set in refrigerator overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
