- 1 bag hash browns
- 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
Directions

1Put hash browns on bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Put cheese on top of hash browns.

2Add meat already cooked and drained.

3Mix eggs, soup and milk together; pour over hash browns, cheese and meat.

4Set in refrigerator overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
