- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 c. frozen loose pack hash browns
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook sausage and drain. Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place in bottom of pizza pan and seal. Spoon over sausage. Sprinkle with hash browns, then cheese.

2Beat eggs and other ingredients except Parmesan.

3Pour over pan; add Parmesan.

4Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

5Makes 6 to 8 servings.
