- 1 c. diced onions
- 3 or 4 Tbsp. bacon fat or butter
- paprika, salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook diced potatoes in boiling water for 3 minutes.

2Drain and mix with onions.

3Heat bacon fat or butter in an 8-inch skillet and add potatoes and onions.

4Fry, bringing up from bottom with a spoon or spatula now and then to ensure even cooking.

5Season to taste with paprika, salt and pepper.
