Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 cups Coconut Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
  • 5 drops Vanilla Creme Stevia
  • 1 whole Scoop (about 30g Per Scoop) Protein Powder Of Your Choice (I Use Frank Zane's Cutting EdgeTM Egg White Protein)
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Chia Seeds
  • 3 whole Ice Cubes

Directions

    Combine strawberries, coconut water, almond butter and stevia in a Vitamix and blend on high.

    Blend in protein powder and ground chia seeds, then blend in ice cubes until smooth.

    Serve.

    Note: if your smoothie is too thick, blend in a little more coconut water.
