- 6 eggs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Melt margarine and add flour to make a paste (set aside). Whip eggs in a large bowl; add cheeses, baking powder, salt and sugar.

2Add flour/margarine paste.

3Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish (glass is best) and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

4Can also mix night before, refrigerate and bake in morning.

5Serves 6 to 8 people.
