- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Lightly butter a 9-inch tube or Bundt pan. Mix ingredients well; pack into pan.

3Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven; drain off fat.

4Return to oven; bake 20 minutes more.

5Turn onto heated platter; fill center with scrambled eggs. May be served with country fried or hash brown potatoes.
