- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- cold water
- milk
- canola oil
- sugar
Directions

1Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

2Work in butter with fingers.

3Add eggs and enough cold water to make a soft dough. Turn onto lightly floured board and pat out, keeping sheet 1-inch thick.

4Cut into rounds or squares.

5Fold over double and brush with milk.
