  • 8-10 slices of white bread with crusts removed
  • 2 1/2 C diced ham, crumbled fried sausage OR bacon
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 1 C finely chopped onion
  • 1 C finely chopped celery
  • 2 C milk
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 C grated cheddar cheese

Directions

    Line bottom of 8 x 13 pan with bread.

    Mix ham, mayonnaise, onion and celery.

    Spread over the bread and cover with another layer of bread.
