  • approximately 8 to 10 potatoes
  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. plain or jalapeno cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped chives
  • 1 c. chopped bacon, fried
  • 1 stick margarine or butter

Directions

    Peel potatoes and cut like French fries.

    Take heavy duty aluminum foil and cover cookie sheet.

    Spray with Pam.

    Spread out potatoes.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Sprinkle with bacon and chives.

    Put butter on in pats.

    Cover with foil.

    At this time you can bake in a 325° oven approximately 30 minutes or until tender. Or put on your grill while you barbecue.

    When done, top with sliced cheese of choice.
