  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine (room temperature)
  • 1/2 lb. Brie (room temperature)
  • 3/4 to 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Cavender's seasoning salt
  • sesame seed

Directions

    Mix Brie, butter, flour, cayenne pepper and seasoning salt well.

    Separate into long rolls wrapped in wax paper.

    Refrigerate until firm; cut in 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick slices.

    Sprinkle with sesame seed.

    Bake on sheets at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes; cool and store in airtight containers.
