- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 brisket
Directions

1Marinate overnight.

2Turn over next morning.

3Bake in Dutch oven or covered pan with foil.

4Bake at 350° for 4 hours.

5Keep sauce.

6(If desired, take out and put on charcoal grill for 1 hour.)
