- 1/3 c. molasses
- 1/3 c. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 3/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 (4 to 6 lb.) brisket
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Place meat in heavy plastic bag and pour marinade over it.

3Squeeze out air and fasten bag.

4Marinade overnight or several hours.

5Drain meat and place in roaster. Pour marinade over meat.

6Cook 2 to 3 hours at 325°.

7Baste often. Thicken marinade with cornstarch and use as gravy.
