- 1 large brisket
- 4 onions, sliced into rings
- Figaro liquid smoke
- barbecue sauce of choice
Directions

1Trim as much fat from brisket as possible.

2Place 1/2 of sliced onion rings into a large roaster.

3Put brisket into roaster and top with remaining onions.

4Pour bottle of liquid smoke over brisket.

5Cover closely; bake at 325° for 6 to 8 hours (overnight).

6Let sit for 1 to 2 hours, then remove from juice. Discard onions and juice.

7Slice thinly and serve with barbecue sauce.
