- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Broad (Fava) Beans
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1/4 cups Fresh Dill
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Directions

1Drain (and reserve) the liquid from your can of beans.

2Then just dump all of the ingredients into your food processor and whizz it up!

3Taste it and add more salt, pepper, garlic, and/or lemon juice to your taste.

4If its too thick, add some of the bean liquid.
