  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets, Steamed
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 13 cups Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Light Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 13 cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Roasted Red Peppers, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Red Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Corn Kernels

Directions

    In a large food processor, combine steamed broccoli, avocado, lime juice, sour cream, salt and cilantro until a smooth puree is formed.

    Spoon mixture into a bowl and fold in chopped roasted red peppers, onions, and corn.

    Serve with pita chips or tortilla chips.
