- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
- 1/4 c. butter
- salt and pepper
- 8 large mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Place broccoli in a 2-quart casserole.

2Dot with 1/4 cup butter, salt and pepper.

3Mash mushrooms in 3 tablespoons of butter and saute until golden.

4Put mushrooms and butter in casserole. Refrigerate.

5When ready to serve, bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until broccoli is tender at 375°.
