  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Place broccoli in a 2-quart casserole.

    Dot with 1/4 cup butter, salt and pepper.

    Mash mushrooms in 3 tablespoons of butter and saute until golden.

    Put mushrooms and butter in casserole. Refrigerate.

    When ready to serve, bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until broccoli is tender at 375°.
