Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. chopped broccoli
  • 1 can sliced carrots
  • 1 c. Cremora
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion, sauteed in 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • cheese crackers, crushed

Directions

    Place vegetables in 2-quart casserole. Combine dry ingredients, mixing well. Spoon over vegetables.

    Mix soup and water.

    Pour over vegetables and dry mixture.

    Bake at 325° if in glass dish or 350° in metal pan for 40 minutes.

    Stir gently twice. Top with cracker crumbs the last 20 minutes of cooking time.
