Broccoli Casserole

  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 (4 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, defrosted

Directions

    Mix mayo, soup, eggs and cheese.

    Saute onion in margarine. Layer in casserole dish broccoli, onion, crumbs and soup; repeat. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
