- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked according to directions and drained well
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Mix ingredients together in mixing bowl.

2Pour into buttered casserole.

3Can be made the day before and refrigerated.

4Before baking, sprinkle about 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix on top.

5Cover well with stuffing mix but do not stack it.

6Bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 350°.
