- 1 1/2 lbs. broccoli and cauliflower
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. shredded American or possibly Colby cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Directions

1Steam vegetables till tender and place in casserole.

2Mix lowfat milk and cream of mushroom soup together; pour over vegetables.

3Sprinkle shredded Colby cheese over top.

4Mix cracker crumbs and butter till crumbly and sprinkle over top.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour till bubbly.
