  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. corn bread mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 minced onion
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. 1
    Combine corn bread mix, eggs, margarine, broccoli, onion, cheese and salt in bowl. Mix well. Spoon into baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown and set.
