- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, thawed and drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. cottage cheese or grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 stick butter, softened
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased shallow casserole dish or can use muffin pan.
