- 4 eggs, beaten
- 8 oz. cottage cheese (1 c.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
Directions

1Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix all other ingredients and pour in pan.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.

4Let cool at least 15 minutes before cutting.
