- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 4 eggs
- 1 stick margarine or butter, softened
- 1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread or corn muffin mix
Directions

1Spray pan.

2Use 9 x 12-inch pan or two pie pans or favorite cornbread pan.

3Mix all ingredients together.

4Pour into greased pan.

5Bake at 400° for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

6Serves 12 or more.

7Heats over should there be leftovers.
