- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. cottage cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Directions

1Thaw and drain broccoli in mixing bowl; combine everything but corn mix.

2Stir muffin mix into first mixture.

3Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

4Bake in 400° oven for 20 minutes or until done.
