  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix

Directions

    Thaw and drain broccoli in mixing bowl; combine everything but corn mix.

    Stir muffin mix into first mixture.

    Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

    Bake in 400° oven for 20 minutes or until done.
