  • 2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 10 oz. box frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Thaw and drain broccoli.

    Mix together all ingredients.

    Pour into Pyrex dish or muffin tins which have been sprayed with cooking spray.

    Cook 40 minutes at 375° or until golden brown.
