  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 lb. oleo
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Cook and drain broccoli.

    Pour melted oleo over broccoli and cool.

    Mix eggs, cottage cheese, broccoli and oleo mixture.

    Stir in corn muffin mix and bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
