- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
- 1/2 lb. oleo
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions

1Cook and drain broccoli.

2Pour melted oleo over broccoli and cool.

3Mix eggs, cottage cheese, broccoli and oleo mixture.

4Stir in corn muffin mix and bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
