Broccoli Dip

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 rolls Kraft jalapeno cheese or hot pepper cheese
  • 4 or 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 8 oz. can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Cook broccoli per package directions and drain.

    Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter or margarine.

    Add cheese and soup. Cook all over medium heat until cheese melts, stirring frequently.

    Do not boil.

    Serve with your favorite crackers or vegetables as dippers.
