- 1 (14 ounce) bag frozen broccoli
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 12 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 scallions
- 100 g low-fat feta
Directions

1Cook the broccoli in water until it softens.

2Drain and cool.

3Chop scallions.

4Mix all ingredients together, except for the cheese.

5Fill 15 muffins with the mixture.

6Cut the cheese into 15 cubes, and place 1 cube inside each muffin.

7Bake at 350 F / 180 C until golden.
