  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Kraft aged natural Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of nutmeg
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell

Directions

    Toss cheese with flour.

    Add broccoli, milk, eggs, mushrooms and seasonings.

    Mix well.

    Pour into pastry shell.

    Bake at 350° for 55 minutes to 1 hour or until set.
