  • 1 pkg. roll sausage
  • 1 can milk
  • 1/4 c. onions
  • 1/4 c. green peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • oregano
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • mushrooms
  • 2 regular crusts

Directions

    Beat eggs and milk well.

    Add seasoning.

    Brown meat, onions and pepper; drain.

    Partly bake pie crust.

    Layer meat and broccoli on bottom.

    Add mushrooms.

    Pour liquid (eggs and milk). Layer with cheese.

    Bake until set, 45 minutes.

    Remove from oven.
