- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 box or bag rainbow rotini
- 2 bunches broccoli
- 1 small container fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 bulb garlic
- garlic salt
- salt and pepper
- 2 pt. half and half
Directions

1Cook rotini as directed.

2Drain and set aside.

3Melt butter in a wok or 5-quart pot.

4Add onions, garlic and mushrooms; saute until browned.

5Add broccoli flowerets and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

6Pour in the rotini and stir well.

7Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.

8Add the half and half and simmer until it thickens, stirring occasionally.

9Serves 4 to 6 people.
