  • 3 oz. extra sharp cheese, grated
  • 2 heads broccoli (florets only)
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, fried

Directions

    Cut florets into bite size pieces.

    Crumble bacon and broccoli with other ingredients.

    Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Can be used as dip or spread on crackers.
