  • 1 bag Broccoli Slaw
  • 1 whole Red Onion, Chopped Fine
  • 1/4 cups Stevia (natural Sugar Substitute) Or Sugar, Or Splenda
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise (Duke's If You Can Find It - It Has No Sugar)
  • 1/3 cups Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 8 ounces, weight Bacon, Cooked And Crumbly
  • 1/2 bags Cheddar Cheese Chunks

Directions

    Empty broccoli slaw into a large bowl. Add the chopped onion.

    Make a dressing out of the Stevia, mayonnaise and vinegar. Pour this over the top. Add the bacon and cheese and toss it all around.

    While it's ready to eat right away, it is much better left overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
