- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. shredded carrots
- 6 c. water
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- 4 c. fine noodles
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 6 c. milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
Directions

1Saute the onion and carrots in the oil until tender. Add the water and chicken bouillon; cook 10 to 15 minutes. Cook and drain the noodles, then add the noodles and thawed broccoli to the water. Bring to a slow boil, then add the garlic salt, milk and Velveeta cheese. Heat slowly until cheese melts.
