- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1/2 c. onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 c. water
- 3 oz. fine noodles
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
- white pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to package directions.

2Saute onions in butter.

3Add water and bouillon cubes.

4Bring to boil, add noodles and cook, uncovered, for 3 minutes.

5Stir in broccoli, including liquid, garlic powder and pepper.

6Cook 3 more minutes; add milk and cheese; stir until cheese melts.

7This can be doubled and freezes well.
